Hypnobirthing practitioner in Hebden Bridge

You're pregnant, Congratulations!

It’s totally normal to feel scared, anxious, or even blank about the whole birth thing. It can feel tricky to imagine something you’ve never experienced, especially in today’s society where positive birth experiences are hidden while the media incite terror with ‘reality’ shows.
It’s time to take the power back into your own hands so that you can trust your body, your innate wisdom, and look forward to welcoming your baby with love and confidence.

What is Hypnobirthing?

I teach the Wise Hippo Birth Programme which incorporates antenatal education, tools to inspire and strengthen your positivity, relaxation, mindfulness and breathing techniques, and mental rehearsal (like all the top athletes who prime themselves for success).

Work with me!

Your baby is born, a woman is born as a mother, a man as a father, a family as a family. You’ll want to be prepared so that your emotional, physical and spiritual needs are met (and that doesn’t mean incense or lotus petals).
